Dr. Evans Duah
C.E.O/Chief Consultant
Dr. Evans Duah is a French and English-trained business expert. He was trained in France (Europe) and Morocco (North Africa) and currently works in Ghana (West Africa). He is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA, CIMA-UK), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA, AICPA-USA), a Chartered Accountant (ICA Ghana) Chartered Global Investment Analyst (CGIA, USA), Chartered Financial Economist (ICCE, USA), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance (CILG, USA), a Member of the Institute of Directors (MIoD, Ghana) and Mandela Washington Fellow. He holds an EAP Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Financing from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA; Leadership in Business from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, USA; a Doctoral Degree in Business Administration in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship, and a Masters in Applied Business Research in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Swiss Business School, Switzerland; an MBA in International Business, and a BBA in Strategic Management from Ecole Nationale de Commerce et de Gestion (ENCG) - Agadir in Morocco. He was trained as a professional banker in International Business, Credit Management, Project Management, and Corporate Social Responsibility by the Bank Société Générale with Business and Retail Banking experience. He won a number of awards including the National Best Employee, 2015 in Ghana.
Currently, he is a lecturer in Strategic Management, Finance, and Entrepreneurship for BBA, MBA, MPhil, and MTech programmes at the Akenten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development (AAMUSTED), Ghana. He is also the CEO/Chief Consultant of Xtart Biz Consult. He consults and plays major roles in many business start-ups, merger-acquisition, fundraising, partnership and collaboration, feasibility studies for international companies intending to establish subsidiaries in Ghana or West Africa. He is the author of Intentional Wealth 2.0 – Building with The Pentagon Wealth Model book and the convenor of the Intentional Wealth Concourse. Among the many volunteering works he does is The Duah Mentoring (TDM) Club 100 Program, where yearly, he mentors about 100 young people who are between the ages of 18 and 40 years in business, entrepreneurship, personal finance, leadership and career guidance. He has also served as a keynote speaker, panellist and trainer at different business events organized by YouthConnekt Africa, British Council, Black History Festival, ICCE, CGIA, National Youth Authority - Ghana, Ministry of Youth and Sports – Ghana, SNV, Ashoka Africa, AAMUSTED, KNUST, IMANI Africa, AMADEUS, ASLEM among others.

William Owusu Demitia, Esq.
Legal Consultant
William Kofi Owusu Demitia is a lawyer, tax consultant, academic, and author. He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Taxation, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). He served as a lecturer at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) - Ghana, Pentecost University - Ghana, the Central University – Ghana, the Lancaster University Ghana and is currently a lecturer at the School of Law at the University of Ghana, Legon. He is also the Managing Partner at Arete Solicitors; prior to joining the law firm, he worked at Sam Okudzeto & Associates and Ali- Nakyea & Associates.
Mr. Owusu Demitia is a member of the following professional associations: Ghana Bar Association, American Bar Association, International Fiscal Association, International Bar Association, Master Tax Professional (SA) of the South African Institute of Tax Professionals and Tax Practitioner – Chartered Institute of Taxation Ghana.

Kwabena Ampong, CA
Finance and Accounting Consultant
Kwabena Ampong is a Chartered Accountant ICA - Ghana, a chartered internal auditor with the IIA - Ghana, and a certified forensic investigation professional with the IICFIP - USA. Additionally, he holds an MBA in Finance, BBA in Accounting, certificates in Project Finance and Project Management. He currently serves as the accountant at the Office of Grants and Research, KNUST; and as the Centre accountant for the Centre for Applied Research and innovation in Supply Chain Africa (CARISCA) and the Centre finance officer for the West African Science Service Centre on Climate Change and Adapted Land Use (WASCAL). He manages other Grants as well.
Mr. Ampong has vast experience in the Microfinance and Credit Union industry. He has previously served as the Accountant for Pronto Microfinance Limited and a Deputy General Manager for J.O. Microfinance Limited and currently consults when needed.

Prince Agyemang Kwabena Antwi, CA
COO / Business Development Consultant
Mr. Prince Agyemang Kwabena Antwi is a Chartered Accountant, experienced Banker, and Business Development Specialist with over eight years’ rich working experience. He has played dynamic roles in the banking and financial services industry in Ghana – ranging from branch operations’ management, working as a liaison officer of the bank vis a vis regional heads of the regulators of the banking industry, and as a business development manager.
He demonstrates a very keen and deep understanding of the business environment both in Ghana and in the international business landscape. He has an updated understanding of the challenges facing the players in the industry. He offers a ready and practical insight in strategies for growing businesses. He has helped train several people in business development, business management, entrepreneurship, and book-keeping, among others.
Mr. Antwi holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
